Our Seven Step Process is straightforward and can usually be completed in 30-45 days:

1.  Sign mutual Confidentiality Agreement
2.  Get a tape (Excel spreadsheet) and Pricing Expectations of the asset pool.
3.  Analyze the tape and prepare an Indicative Bid.
4.  If Indicative Bid is accepted, sign Letter of Intent.
5.  Do the Hard Cost Due Diligence (BPO, review documentation, etc.).
6.  Prepare and submit Final Bid.
7.  Close and Fund.
